Indian Transformation Academy is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service.

 

We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with Indian Transformation Academy. Due to the nature of the e-learning business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a strict 7-days refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase. Refunds will be processed with 3 - 4 working days in the original mode of payment.

 

This refund policy is relevant to Online programs only. Any subscription based products such as the Indian Transformation Academy Membership, Monthly healing plan, Summit and/or event tickets are non-refundable. However, you may cancel at any time by contacting Customer Support via email at Teamamansandhu@gmail.com or  support@indiantransformationacademy.com.

For Products:

Eligibility:

Only products purchased directly from our website are eligible for cancellation.

Timeline:

You must cancel your order within 7 days of placing it to be eligible for a refund. 

Refunds:

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the 7 day period, excluding shipping and handling fees if applicable.

Exceptions:

Non-refundable products, such as digital downloads, personalized items, or items marked as "final sale," are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Return Shipping:

If the product has shipping and you have paid the shipping costs and you are eligible for a return determined by our team then you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label may be provided in some cases, at our discretion. 

For Subscriptions:

Notice: To cancel your subscription, please contact us at Teamamansandhu@gmail.com or +918178555579 at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.

 

Pro-Rated Refund: If you cancel within the 7-day period after your last payment, a pro-rated refund may be issued, excluding the initial setup or activation fee.

 

No Refund After: Once the subscription is canceled, no further refunds will be provided.
